Do you have allergy-safe earrings?
All earrings from all the ranges are made from 925 sterling silver, which is excellent for allergy-prone ears. Regular cleaning with a jewellery cleaner is recommended.
Are the jewellery made from real leather?
Yes, all jewellery pieces are made from 4mm thick quality genuine veg tan leather that is meticulously sourced locally. Due to the natural characteristic of leather, some minor marks and indents in the texture are common and accentuates the uniqueness of every piece.
Will the precious metals’ luster fade over time?
I don’t believe in plating. Because the earrings are made from sterling silver and not plated, the colour won’t fade over time. However, preventing contact to abrasive materials, storing it separately in a soft area like the box you received it in and routine cleaning with jewellery cleaner and a soft cloth will preserve your earrings’ shine for longer.
Can I exchange my purchase if I change my mind?
Yes, you can exchange your earrings for another product from the shop within 7 days of receiving your order in the same condition and box that you received it in. You will receive a voucher code upon approval of your request.
Does my jewellery come with a warranty?
Yes, your jewellery are returnable for 12 months after date of purchase for any manufacturing flaws. However, it is not covered in the event of the product being damaged due to negligence.
